Ever since I was a teenager, I imagined what my future would be like professionally, but I never knew what would fulfill me mentally and professionally.

In 2011, I was working as a graphic designer in Brazil, where I was born. I decided to take a different path in my life, but I didn’t know how much it would affect my career in a positive way.

My first step was joining a gym. I was determined to change my physique and coincidentally, I ended up changing my mind too. I started exploring a whole new world, going to the gym three to four times a week. Of course in the first week, I felt pain everywhere, from head to toe! But soon after, the pain went away and I started to see results.

My coworkers, friends, and family started to see results too. They said, “You look different! Even your posture is better!”

Time passed and besides my physical appearance, something else happened… I found myself even more interested in the fitness world and what it could offer me apart from a better physique. It gave me confidence and the possibility to make a living out of it.

In early 2013 I decided to join the College of Physical Education in my city in Brazil. During the second week of the course, I already knew I wanted it to be my future career. There was so much to explore in this new world and I couldn’t wait!

In 2014, an opportunity to live in the United States came, and I decided to move to Boston, Massachusetts to improve my English. After a few months in America, I found a Brazilian prep school for the National Academy of Sport and Medicine (NASM) personal trainer exam. I couldn’t believe that just a few years after starting training sessions at my neighborhood gym, I was starting an international career in personal training.

After working in Boston as a Personal Trainer for some of my friends at Harvard University and a few other private clients, my girlfriend and I decided to move to Miami, FL. While there, I worked at two well-known studios in Miami: F45 Training and Sweat 440.

I help hundreds of people achieve their goals and change their lifestyles for the better, both mentally and physically. I feel fulfilled and proud to be able to offer this kind of help. For me, the motivation and desire to become the best version of myself allows me to help others become the best versions of themselves too.

Of course my story does not come without many obstacles and challenges, but I have always kept my eyes on the prize. The phrase “Do what you love and you won’t work one day in your life” applies perfectly to how I’m living now. It’s important to never give up on your dreams. Sooner or later, your passion and desire to do something great in your life will show and that will bring opportunities to do amazing things!
